About Bre

My passion for helping women on their fitness journeys began when I became a mom myself. After having my first daughter, I found myself feeling stuck, unmotivated, and weak. Since I was staying home with her full-time, I knew that if I wanted to feel strong again, I would have to figure it out on my own.

I thrifted some mismatched dumbbells and carved out a small corner of my garage, following random Pinterest workouts on my phone. It wasn’t ideal, but it sparked a drive in me to make this experience better for other moms in the same position.

I wanted to create a space that felt encouraging and easy to plug into. Something that helped women use fitness as a tool to feel stronger, rather than smaller.

That’s where Bre Brown Fit was born, and I couldn’t be more excited that you’re here.
